Stanford Room

An inspiring private meeting space for 20 to 80 attendees

Capacity: 20 to 80

Furnishings: up to 22 tables, 80 chairs, 1 speaker's podium, counter for materials for food service

Audio/Visual Equipment: 1 large 9-panel display screen, 2 additional display screens, microphones, speakers, cameras

Layout Options: u-shape, classroom, dining, campfire, auditorium

Available: 8 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri

Fee: $500 half day (up to 4 hours), $900 full day (up to 8 hours)

Cardinal Lounge

A cozy lounge area adjacent to the Stanford Room ideal for welcoming guests and pre-event refreshments

Capacity: 25 maximum
Furnishings: bar height tables and stools, couch and coffee table
Audio/Visual Equipment: 1 large display screen, 1 small display screen, speakers for music
Layout Options: lounge, check-in, food service/bar
Available: 8 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri
Fee: Included with Stanford Room upon request

Dining Hall

A bright and spacious casual gathering space for up to 150 guests

Capacity: 150 maximum
Furnishings: a variety of tables and chairs, including bar height and banquet
Audio/Visual Equipment: 2 projectors with display screens, speakers for music
Layout Options: dining
Available: 4 pm to 6 pm, Mon-Fri
Fee: $400 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Outdoor Plazas

Vibrant and beautifully landscaped spaces with a variety of seating options and engaging games

Capacity: 150 maximum
Furnishings: a variety of tables, chairs, couches, as well as table tennis, foosball, and a mini-basketball shootout
Audio/Visual Equipment: microphones and speakers available
Layout Options: dining, gathering
Available: 4 pm to 6 pm, Mon-Fri
Fee: $200 per hour (2 hour minimum)

The Hub is well served by public transportation, bicycling paths, and sidewalks. Carpooling is encouraged. Visit SRPGO for information and trip planning assistance.

Bicycle parking is available on the front plaza. Unreserved vehicle parking is available in the surface lot behind The Hub. Wheelchair access parking and EV charging stations are provided. Off-site parking may be available upon request.

Reservation Request

Please complete and submit your reservation request below. Reservations are accepted a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 4 months prior to the event date.

The Hub events team will respond within 2 business days of your request. If your requested space is available, The Hub events team will work with you to complete an Event Space Rental Checklist.

Upon completion of the Event Space Rental Checklist you will receive Terms and Conditions and rental fee payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and receipt of a 50% deposit.
